FAMIDOC / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

2026-11-04 · v1.0

This policy explains how 广东医脉科技有限公司 (FAMIDOC) handles personal information on this website. Privacy contact: info@famidoc.com.

1. Information you submit

Business enquiries include company, country/region, contact name, email, products of interest and requirements. Product names or models may accompany enquiries started from product pages. You must actively select the enquiry consent checkbox. We use the information to respond and follow up, without automatically subscribing you to marketing. Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses or unrelated personal information.

2. Necessary website processing

The server receives IP addresses and request information to deliver pages. Necessary session cookies support form security, session state and your current privacy choice. Server security logs may contain IP, time, request path, browser identifiers and response status for security and troubleshooting. The optional analytics setting does not control these necessary operations.

3. Optional analytics and IP display

Without a choice, or after declining, the application does not add visitor analytics records or show IP location in the footer. After you allow analytics, subsequent page visits may record IP, country/region, device, browser and operating system, page, time, language, referring domain and a pseudonymous visitor identifier to understand website usage. This identifier is not anonymous. Country lookup uses server or local GeoIP data; local lookup does not send your IP to the database supplier’s online lookup API. Results may be inaccurate and do not identify a person or precise location.

4. Choices and cookies

You may allow or decline analytics without losing access to browsing or enquiries. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. The choice is held in the server session; you may be asked again when it expires. Browser session restoration may extend its duration. DNT/GPC signals keep analytics off. Closing the notice is not consent. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics but does not automatically erase existing records. Enquiry consent is separate from analytics.

5. Retention, archiving and deletion

The 120-day statistics script moves older database records into archive files when the scheduled task runs. Archives may still contain IP and other personal information: archiving is not deletion or anonymisation. The script currently has no automatic archive expiry; enquiries also have no uniform automatic deletion schedule. Therefore 120 days is not the final retention period for all personal information. You may request access or deletion using our email. We will assess the purpose, necessity and applicable retention requirements, including archives and backups. Necessary security logs follow their separate configuration and applicable requirements.

6. Providers, links and processing locations

Cloud hosting supports the website and its data. Clicking social-platform links takes you to platforms with their own privacy policies. Sending us an email also involves email-service processing. An ordinary enquiry checkbox is not a blanket authorisation for international transfers. This page does not assert unverified server or backup locations or a complete list of email providers; contact us for specific processing locations and recipients. Where additional notices, consent or transfer arrangements are required, these must be completed before the relevant processing.

7. Security and your rights

Administrative authentication, form-security checks and access controls help protect information, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent and explanations, as well as restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Contact us from the email used for your enquiry to support proportionate identity verification; do not send identity documents unless needed and requested. We respond within applicable statutory deadlines. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority.

8. Children and updates

The website serves business procurement and is not directed at children. Do not submit children’s or patients’ personal information; contact us about accidental submissions. Updates show a version date, with prominent notice for material changes. Continued browsing or silence is not consent to new optional processing; fresh consent will be requested where required.

9. Contact

Send privacy access, correction, deletion, withdrawal or complaint requests to info@famidoc.com with relevant enquiry email, time or visit details. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Website operator: 广东医脉科技有限公司 (FAMIDOC).
